Secondly, we test all the screens one by one for three times (first test is after producing from our factory, second test is after coming back to our warehouse , third test is after installing the frame);
Thirdly, we pack for the screens one by one by putting the insulation glue to protect the chips, putting the cotton between the backlight and the flex to protect them, pasting Lucent stamp or customers’ logos, pasting the sticker, put the LCDs into the anti-static bag/ bubble bag, pasting the IEMI labels etc, we ensure each details can protect the screens well during transportation.

We have many sizes for packing our customers’ orders. The biggest size is 62*47*51cm, can pack for 480 pcs to 720 pcs screens, total is 48 small boxes. The volumn weight is around 30kgs.

Our warranty policy for your reference:
1. The warranty time is 12 months since the stamp date.

2. All items are 100% new and strictly tested one by one before shipping. Do not install the LCD on the phone before testing.

3. Please only connect the LCD to the motherboard for testing. If you are satisfied with the products after testing, you can install the LCD on your phone.

4. All LCD displays have our own “LUCENT” stamp. If you have any problem with the LCD, please show us the seal on the back of the LCD, if the problem is confirmed by us, we will send a new one to your next orders.

5. If customized with your logo stamp and “warranty label”, please show these tests to check the screen installed or not.
